I created the Reset Journal as a reminder to find joy in the little, but oh-so-important, things in life. The moments we often overlook, the things we take for granted, and the ideas and dreams we sometimes forget to make room for.

I wanted to create a space to reflect, notice what’s around us, dream about what’s possible, appreciate what we have, explore new ideas, celebrate the good, create freely and simply rest our minds.
